Question How can I control my pages using php (no mysql)

I have a website. My hosting doesn't have mysql support but has php support.

1. How can I manage my contents more efficiently? (I want to make my site as fast, informative and interactive as possible.)

2. What softwares do i need? Free download links will be appreciated.

3. How can I use them (I am a starter in PHP)?

Some PHP developers use to make a .txt file in hosting to avoid mysql db.
maybe you can try that.

What is your Hosting feature? I mean you host your site? is it paid or free?

#Basically It depends on your Site content. If possible use short number of image. Div based content.

What type of software you are using now? What kind of software you need and which purpose?

3. How can I use them (I am a starter in PHP)?
What you want to use? Please out line.
Thanks

(I was talking about http://amarnotes.110mb.com earlier. But now I am looking forward to Ahmed Nitul's hosting that he promised me. But I have plans for other sites in 110mb.com, so i am still interested in non mysql.)

I am using a free hosting. (that is www.110mb.com)

You can see amarnotes.110mb.com for a look at my static site. I think it has little image, fair amount of div based content.

I want to do something extra. And as i am a student, I have a little time to design all the pages. So I want a automatic system that will do half of the job for me. For example, if I add a new page i want it to show it on the first page (Notun lekha/new submissions list) with upload date and the section/path of that page. (example: Grad - BBA - English - Composition - Use of Mobile Phones)

I have designed my static pages using Microsoft Office Frontpage 2002.

I tried some softwares- Drupal, CMSMS etc. They use my sql. But Drake CMS is one of my favorite one. It has almost anything u can ask for in a website, calendar, blog, central download system. + it has support for flat file, sql and more. But it is too hard to customize (seemed to me).

Can u suggest me anything?

I know that some people use flat file database to store info.

I've also heard that flat files can reduce speed if it has too much data. Is it true? How much is the limit to keep it normal?

Which software can be best for me?

I've talked about my target in my previous reply. Maybe u can get a hint what i want(ed) to do with AmarNotes.

pls help.
