Hey bro.. you can make a server if you have your own dedicated or real IP. But in our country there are some problem like the bandwidth cost it high and the main problem is electricity. It is not possible for us to connect the PC 24 x 7 online. So, you can make a server if you overcome this problems. If you overcome this problem then you need to buy CPANEL software or setup your own Unix server and manage the hosting pacakege. I know a person who is FreeBSD Unix author in Bangladesh. Lots of important issues will come to run your own hosting server. No.1 will be the COST. Which will be huge. How much will you spend for that? Let us know then we may arrange some way for you if possible.

Hello,
First of all, running a server is nothing except just load of pain. But if you got high budget then you may try for managed servers which cost approx 300 USD to 500 USD/month. Second of all, from my own real business life experince. I highly *DO NOT* recommend you to setup a server in Bangladesh, elsewhere you are going to loose all your clients due to a super high downtime of BTTB and others and the problem of DDoS attack is still here  If you still need any assistant then please do communicate with me, I may able to follow-you up to a server company at cheap price (if you prefer unmanaged and want to pay me  for managing it) or if you are ready to spend a lotta for managed servers
