thanks for posting the "service classified" one more thing I'd like you to request, (only if possible) try to make the service fee between 15-20% because it's huge that 30-35% like everyone is going to cash $100 USD and he/she will have to pay you 35$ USD.

in that case, I'll recommend them to you use www.hutbazaar.com or something like this an website which sell Prize Bond at $100 USD prizebond + 18$ USD fee. I really forgot the URL but if anyone need, post a reply I'll search for it.

but your service is great! and one more fact, if you can make something like we can include your paypal account (you make one anonymous paypal account for everyone) and we add this on our shopping cart script, and once a client pay us. we get the money from you and give your fees (if its cheap) umm...

I used to mean, that you should start a service where we can treat you a Third Party merchant, I am in real headache with cashing/maintain paypal, that's why I do not use them. so If you are already maintain a paypal and have enough support from abroad, then you may just make another paypal and share with us (no need to share the password, just the email) so we add them on cart, and once we receive any payment, we call you and confirm then deliver the good. and you pay us the money after taking your fund. I hope it would make you more business then current service you are offering. I think i messed up the entire reply because I am too much sleep, give me a call or knock. I'll describe detail about my requirement!

It is okay, that's in right section because he is not offering "product" offering a service similar to 2Checkout, PayPal etc. but not maybe automated and personally.

so it should goes to "Payment Processing" as he is processing payment not selling/exchanging products/currency.

thanks for your suggestion man. I'll think about this matter in future & also Bangladeshi people should have those kind of online facility directly supported by paypal. For your information the ratio of 30-35% that I tell in my announcement as a service charge that really the basic cost for transferring the money to Bangladesh securely . I'll not earn nothing from this. From various forum I came to know that Bangladeshi people are facing a big problem with paypal. From Bangladesh any people are earning money at paypal from add revenue & many other ways but can't convert them in to heard cash. My intention is to help those category people.

I think Bangladeshi will get those facility very soon. from your forum I came to know that a hosting company named xeonbd is a certified seller of 2co !!!! I'm really surprised because in my entire life i never see a Bangladesh based website working with a direct secured online transaction system like 2co. I thought that they are fake like some other hosting company, as now a days every one is opening hosting company . because as far as i know its not so easy to being verified by 2co.

But when i visited their main order processing page under 2co's server with their (

You welcome yes... think about it, I actually currently receive payment from clients at PayPal through 2CO and they debit my prepaid card every month but I were looking something better to get the money asap instead of waiting a month for them to being cleared from 2CO.

Bangladesh won't get this facility very soon, maybe in 2011-15 we will because our government won't change there crap decision who think that paypal could be the way for large hundi business, my father is a government officer and i had few meeting with some top level govt officer regarding this issue and they think this paypal may be used for illegal money transfer etc etc... and they old are old mans who even does not have idea what website is and i have a real doubt that they use email or not

Umm, about the xeonbd and 2co verification, yes. forsure, XEONBD is doing a great job by providing this service but I'd like to let you know that they are not the only company doing so, I know few resellers of mine who also do offer same but they does not provide service to Bangladesh neither they promote there business in Bangladesh but yah, they accept CreditCard/Paypal through 2CO and CCNOW (for tangible goods).

Also as this an open discussion forum, i would not like to keep people in the dark. there is nothing called 2CO verified!!! I am really very sorry to let you know that "2CO is not a merchant company like Authorize.net" they are simply a provider who use single merchant to provide people 3rd party credit card payment service. Even, if you have a investor who could invest around 25/30 lacs BDT, you could get entire setup done in Bangladesh through the assistant of CitiBank, N.A or HSBC (ref: my discussion with there merchant service team regarding online merchant)

So, if you just simply visit 2CO and signup and pay the signup fee around $49 bucks, and sell some product for an week, you are VERIFIED! so... it's really nothing like "SO CALLED VERIFIED" if it is so, then I'd like to call you "You are PAYPAL Verified" as like my other 300+ friends are, and I think PayPal is a large business then 2CO.

My intention is not to harm XEONBD at any way, I'm just speaking the truth. I really appreciate there effort to make an International quality site and focus the Bangladesh at global market, and always. I wish all Bangladeshi web business BEST OF LUCK!

There is no way we could make this money uploading/downloading legal in our country, because maybe you did not have knowledge about Money Laundering Act. Law of Bangladesh which is too strict, I'd just like to let you know that PayPal already communicated with Bangladesh Govt. to extend there service because they think its a market where they could find more offshore business who would prefer PayPal but Government is not Interested to work with them, so... If company like PayPal who have business registered in 150+ more country and believed to be the NO#1 Online Payment Processing company get declined by Bangladesh Govt. there is no way, company like (even GrameenPhone) will get approved for this

I am just talking now with a friend of mine to open a third party payment processing business which would be providing 3rd party merchant account to Bangladeshi business (just like 2CO) but I am not sure how long it would take to get this up and working, maybe a year or more...

PayPal > XOOM > Cash! forget it if you do not want to make your PayPal limited, from my experience I think if you have a long term PayPal and friend abroad who can do the entire stuff on your behalf then you should go ahead with this but if you do thinking about to do it yourself. Forget it! because they will trace your IP then cancel your transfer and block your PayPal by requesting PayPal's staff

If I'm not wrong then you have a person who giving you backup from abroad to keep your PayPal alive, I mean supplying you the docs paypal asking every month. So, If I had that then I even does not needed to use XOOM because I can simply add my VISA card or ACH enabled card and get debited on that

So the fact is, PayPal > XOOM > Cash! Is a real ugly method for those who do not have a friend/partner in abroad who could let him/her use there PayPal, and if they do. Then there a lot of method except PayPal to withdraw, Just use your brain and you will figure out thousand of way what other Bangaldeshi e-commerce sites using and they are even more cheap, some are like even free (ACH) Oh, there is a 1.5$ USD fees to withdraw upto 20k in BD ATM of that ACH card
